Lumen accounts are protected by email-and-password or Google sign-in, with password reset flows that expire quickly.

We recommend a strong, unique password and keeping your sign-in method secure. Sessions are managed through industry-standard tokens.

Your notes, uploads, and calendar items are stored in a managed backend and isolated by account. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest by the infrastructure provider.

We do not sell your data, scan it for advertising, or train models on it. See the Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and why.

Lumen runs on trusted managed infrastructure for hosting, authentication, and AI services. We choose providers that support encryption, access logging, and strong physical security.

We keep our provider stack small and review it regularly. Only the services required to run Lumen are used.

Lumen's AI features process your notes only when you explicitly ask for help — summarizing, expanding, or answering questions. Your content is not used to train models.

AI outputs are drafts, not facts. You remain in control of what gets saved.

You can export your data, change your password, and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion permanently removes your notes, files, and account records.
